Training Welders for the Future
Introduction
After running a successful welder training unit for a local company I decided to set up and run my own training unit.
I have 13 years experience working with companies on their welding procedures, welder qualifications and welder training. I have helped over 20 companies with the welding side of their C.E Marking.
I have also worked with the private sector on various types of welding training. I am qualified to CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspection.
My roles previous to this are; Welding Robotics Engineering for 8 years, External Verifier for the Engineering Training Council (NI), which certified engineering apprenticeships throughout Northern Ireland; NVQ External Verifier and Internal Verifier

CE Marking - En 1090
I offer advice and provision for Welding Procedure Qualifications for CE Marking. Procedures are qualified to BS 15614 through a UKAS registered Test Centre.
I offer a site visit to assess what welding procedures are best suited to your company needs.
Welder Certifications
I offer Welder Certification Testing to BS En9606-1 & 2. This can be carried out in your business or in my training unit. Enhance your skills and knowledge with (NI) Welder Training & Certification.
Training Programs
I offer tailored welder training programs to meet either Company or individual requirements. Training can be either one process or dual processes for maintenance personnel. I provide Welding Health & Safety training. I can also offer advice on what welding equipment would be best suited to meet your needs.

1 Day Welding Courses
1 day course in MMA or MAG or TIG - suitable for beginners.
Covers Welding Health & Safety Theory, Basic Welding Process theory, practical welding training
Cost is £215.00
3 Day Welding Courses
3 day course in MMA or MAG or TIG - suitable for beginners and those with previous welding experience
Covers Welding Health & Safety Theory, Basic Welding Process theory, practical welding training. Welding Tested to BS EN 9606-1:2017 welding standard and certification issued on successful pass.
Cost is £600
TIG Pipe Course
This can be arranged on request
Cost for 5 day course is £795.00
Welder Qualification Testing
I offer welder qualification testing to BS En 9606-1:2017 in
MMA, MAG and TIG
This can be carried out at my unit and a cost for a Fillet test is £60.00 and a butt weld is £95.00. I also off site visits where a fillet test is £50 and a butt weld tests is £100.00. An additional cost of either £200.00 for a half day or £400.00 for a full day is added. On successful pass a 3 year certificate is issued.
Other Services
Alloy Wheel Repairs
I offer Alloy Wheel repairs.
It is recommended that these are only a temporary fix and a new alloy should be purchased asap
Welder Training for Maintenance Personnel
This covers Welding Health & Safety, Basic Process theory and can cover two welding processes to basic level. This would be a 3 day course
General Welding Repairs
I offer welding repairs on stainless, aluminium and mild steel.
This would generally cover small items that I can accommodate in my unit. I do not offer car body repairs
